Baked Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, separated
1/2 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
1 tsp. salt
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
2 c. canned corn
2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Beat egg yolks; add milk, salt, sugar, flour, corn and butter. Fold in slightly beaten egg whites.
Pour into greased casserole dish.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes or until set.
