Mushroom Gravy (For Steaks) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 to 8 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
2 Tbsp. butter or pan drippings from steak
2 Tbsp. flour
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 1/2 c. boiling water
Preparation

Drain mushrooms.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter and add mushrooms.
Saute for 3 minutes.
Add drippings from steaks
and flour; cook over medium heat for 1 minute.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in water.
Blend into mushroom mixture and bring to boil, stirring constantly, cook and stir for 1 minute and serve with steak.
