Deep Fried Halibut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. halibut (1-inch fillets)
    salt
    1/2 c. butter/margarine
    2 c. cracker crumbs, finely ground (substitute: bread crumbs)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt 1/2 cup margarine in 8 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Roll fillets in melted butter and dredge in cracker/bread crumbs until well coated.
    Return coated fillets to baking dish and bake for approximately 30 minutes or until desired doneness.
