Salmon Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pink or red salmon
    1 egg
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
    1 can celery soup
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1/4 c. onion (optional)
    dash of salt and pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
    Put in a covered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Goes well with potatoes and peas.
