Aztec Pyramid Avocado Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 avocados, peeled and pitted (can use Kroger frozen 16 oz. can)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix (1 5/16 oz.)
    2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. finely chopped fresh tomatoes
    5 green onions, sliced (white and light green parts)
    1/2 c. sliced black olives
Preparation
    For dramatic presentation, construct this dip in layers on a tray like a pyramid, with each layer smaller than the one below.
