Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts or 6 halves
    salt
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
    8 oz. (1 c.) sour cream
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 stack butter flavored crackers (Ritz or Town House, about 30), crushed
    2 tsp. poppy seed
    1 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Lightly salt chicken breasts on both sides.
    Boil in water to cover until tender, 15 to 20 minutes.
    Chop into small pieces.
    In a mixing bowl, combine soup, sour cream and 2 teaspoons poppy seed. Mix well, then set aside.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish and layer half the soup mixture in the bottom.
    Cover with chopped chicken, then top with remainder of soup mixture.
    Combine the crushed crackers, 2 teaspoons poppy seed and margarine and mix well.
    Spread over top of chicken mixture.
    Bake 30 minutes.
