Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can sliced or diced carrots, drained
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/8 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Combine carrots, peppers, onion, sugar and garlic salt; mix well.
Add vinegar and olive oil; let stand overnight.
Serve as a salad or a vegetable.
