Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash (as much as you wish; any type)
    Velveeta cheese
    2 pkg. rolled Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Steam squash; place in casserole 1 layer of squash, slices of Velveeta cheese to cover squash and layer of crackers; continue with another layer of squash, cheese and crackers. Melt margarine in microwave. Pour over dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8. Can do ahead.
