Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (fresh potatoes are best)
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 lightly beaten eggs
1/2 stick margarine, melted
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Mix together and pour in greased 8 x 12-inch baking dish. Cover with topping; bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
