Scalloped Asparagus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sweet milk
1 tsp. salt
liquid from asparagus
1 can asparagus, drained
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. grated cheese
1/3 c. bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Put asparagus, eggs and sauce in baking dish in layers.
Top with cheese, bread crumbs and dots of butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
