Doc'S Popovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Pour 1/4 teaspoon salad oil in each cup of popover pan.
    Preheat pan to sizzling hot.
    Beat all ingredients with rotary beater at full speed until smooth.
    Pour batter into pans, filling about 1/2 full.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for additional 20 to 25 minutes.
    Popovers are great with gravy.
