Ingredients

2 to 3 lb. shrimp
1 c. oil
1 c. vinegar
2 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt (garlic)
1 medium onion, sliced
1 c. Italian seasoning
Tabasco (if desired)
Preparation

Saute shrimp, but do not over cook.
Mix oil, vinegar, sugar, garlic salt, onion, Italian seasoning and Tabasco, if desired.
Add shrimp; chill and serve.
