Asparagus Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1/2 c. yellow bell pepper
1/4 c. sliced olives
1/3 c. prepared Italian dressing
Preparation

Cook asparagus in rapidly boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water until asparagus is cold.
