Chicken (Or Turkey) Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. shredded chicken
    1/2 lb. spaghetti
    3/4 lb. mushrooms
    3 Tbsp. dry white wine
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. whipping cream
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti as directed on package.
    While spaghetti is boiling, saute mushrooms in separate pan.
    Add wine.
    Drain spaghetti and add mushrooms.
    In separate saucepan, make a sauce of butter, flour and chicken broth.
    Remove from heat and add heated whipping cream.
    Add shredded chicken and sauce to spaghetti-mushroom mixture.
    Mix well.
    Place in greased baking dish and sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven until lightly browned and heated through.
