Jambalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, sliced 1/2-inch thick
    2 lb. shrimp, peeled
    1 c. chicken or beef broth
    1 can onion soup (undiluted)
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. bell pepper, finely chopped
    1/2 c. shallots, finely chopped
    1/4 c. parsley, finely chopped
    3 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 lb. Uncle Ben's rice
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Put in oblong lightly greased baking dish.
    Bake, covered, for 1 hour and 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
