Turkey Or Chicken Noodle Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (48 oz.) can chicken broth
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cubed fresh carrots
    3 stalks celery, cut into cubes
    2 Tbsp. dried parsley
    1/2 pkg. Kluski egg noodles
    2 c. cubed cooked chicken or turkey
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. cold water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put onion, carrots and celery in chicken broth and bring to boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until carrots are tender.
    Add egg noodles, meat and parsley.
    Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
    Add cornstarch to water and blend together.
    Add this cornstarch mixture to soup and bring back to boil.
    Soup is ready to serve as soon as it thickens.
