Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    garlic powder
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 large onion, sliced into rings
    oil
    salt
    onion powder
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Mix beef with spices listed, then shape into oblong patties. Brown lightly on both sides in oil in skillet.
    Remove and place into casserole dish.
    Top with onion rings.
    In skillet, add flour and water with drippings.
    Stir to deglaze.
    Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
    Pour gravy over patties.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
