Beef And Tater Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. soft bread crumbs
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 c. mashed potatoes
1 c. American cheese, shredded
Preparation

Put meat in 8-inch square pan or dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and drain fat.
Combine hot potatoes and 3/4 cup cheese and spread over meat.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes.
