Marzitta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 medium onion, chopped fine
    small amount oil
    1 whole stalk celery, chopped
    1 pkg. large egg noodles
    2 cans English peas
    46 oz. can tomato juice (reserve 1 c. juice)
    1 lb. cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Cook beef
    and
    onion
    in
    small amount of oil; chop in celery.
    Cook
    noodles
    in
    big pan until tender;
    drain.
    Mix last 4
    ingredients into 1 cup of juice; mix well.
    Pour meat, celery and
    noodles, peas and all of juice together; mix well. Put in dish
    and
    cook
    30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Put cheese on top and cook 30 minutes more.
