Pork Chop Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 medium size potatoes, peeled
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    6 pork chops
    1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Slice potatoes 1/4-inch thick.
    Place in large buttered casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Brown pork chops in skillet.
    Place over potatoes and spread soup over chops.
    Pour 1 can of water over soup, cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 2 hours. Yields 6 servings.
