Sour Cream Spice Layer Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/2 c. (stick) butter or margarine
    3 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 c. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream together sugar and butter.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
    Add alternately with sour cream to creamed mixture, beginning and ending with dry ingredients.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spoon into 2 greased and floured 8-inch cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
    Frost.
    Top with chocolate glaze and walnut halves.
