Patio Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (1 lb.) cans baked beans
    1/3 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. instant coffee
    1 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. water
    1 onion
    4 slices of bacon
Preparation
    Set beans aside for now.
    Mix all ingredients, except for onion and bacon, together.
    Heat for 5 minutes until smooth. Slice onion into thin slices and cut bacon into 1-inch pieces. Use 2-quart casserole.
    Arrange alternate layers of baked beans, onion and beans.
    Pour hot sugar mixture over.
    Cover and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Uncover; add bacon to top and bake, uncovered, for 30 more minutes.
