Hot Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced, cooked turkey
    2 c. finely chopped celery
    1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
    1 (6 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
    1/2 small green pepper, cut in short, thin strips
    2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento or stuffed olives
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. crushed corn chips
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine turkey, celery, onion, water chestnuts, green pepper, pimiento, mayonnaise and lemon juice in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Cover.
    Microwave 10 minutes on #8 setting, stirring after 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with corn chips and cheese.
    Microwave 1 minute on High or until cheese melts.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
