Missy Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) sour cream
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. melted butter
1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1 can cream of celery soup (undiluted)
1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
bread or cracker crumbs
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except crumbs.
Spoon into lightly greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Sprinkle with crumbs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
