Fish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 carrots, sliced
    2 potatoes, diced
    1 1/2 tsp. each: thyme, parsley flakes and sweet basil
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    4 fish fillets
    1 pkg. frozen vegetable mix (optional)
    1 can crabmeat
    1 can shrimp
    1 can clams
    1 pt. half and half
    1 qt. milk
    green onions and celery
Preparation
    Chop green onions and celery.
    Saute onions and celery.
    In a large soup pan, add fillets to vegetables.
    Add all ingredients, juices from clams, crabmeat and shrimp.
    Bring to a boil.
    Simmer for half-hour to heat through.
