Cheese Buttons - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
2 c. dry cottage cheese
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix cheese, 1 egg, salt and pepper and set aside.
Knead together flour, milk and 1 egg.
Roll dough thin and cut into 3 or 4 inch squares.
Put 1 tablespoon cheese mixture on square, fold over and seal edges.
Slowly cook in salted water or chicken broth 10 to 15 minutes or until they rise to the top.
Take out and let drain.
Fry in butter until brown.
