Chip And Cheese Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh or frozen fish fillets
    2 to 3 Tbsp. creamy Italian or Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. crushed potato chips
    1/4 c. shredded American cheese
Preparation
    In an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish, arrange fillets with thicker portions toward edge of dish.
    Turn under thin portions to obtain even thickness.
    Spoon salad dressing over fish.
    Pat on crushed chips.
