Chicken Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. cooked chicken cubed
1 small onion
1/4 c. green pepper
1/4 c. sweet red pepper
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
12 oz. med. egg noodles, cooked and drained
Preparation

Combine all in large dish and then add cooked noodles. Put in casserole dish (2 qt) and baked covered for 30 minutes at 350. Uncover dish, sprinkle with cheese, and bake 10 minutes longer.
