Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 tsp. flour
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    4 tsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat eggs slightly, then beat sugar and flour.
    Add melted butter, milk and nutmeg.
    Pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0.
    Bake until filling is firm.
