Sweet Onion Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 large sweet onions
3 Tbsp. butter
3 jumbo eggs
1 1/2 c. milk
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Butter 9-inch pie plate.
Peel and slice onion into 1/4-inch rounds.
Saute in butter in saucepan until soft, not brown.
Whisk other ingredients until well mixed.
