No Cholesterol Yeast Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. bread flour
    5 c. warm water
    3 oz. fresh yeast or 4 pkg. dry yeast
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. oil
    2 to 3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
    Wait a few minutes until mixture bubbles.
    Add oil, salt and flour.
    Mix with mixer or knead.
    Mixture should not be too soft and not too hard.
    Let rise approximately 1 hour.
    Divide into 6 balls.
    Roll out into 12 x 15-inch rectangle (approximately).
    Fill with 3/4 to 1 cup sugar and 3 to 4 ounces cocoa (depending on how sweet it is desired). Roll into 15-inch logs.
    Let rise 3/4 to 1 hour.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 375\u00b0.
