Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Cream sugar and oil; add eggs and vanilla.
Combine dry ingredients.
Dust raisins and pecans with 2 tablespoons of dry mixture.
Mix dry ingredients to wet.
Fold in raisins and pecans. Pour into greased and floured pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
Cool and frost.
