Pumpkin Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. cooked mashed pumpkin or canned
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. walnuts, chopped
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat eggs at high speed for 5 minutes or until pale yellow. Gradually beat in sugar.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice. Combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. Fold into pumpkin mix.
    Pour batter into greased and floured 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle powdered sugar on a towel.
    Loosen edges of cake and invert on towel.
    Roll cake and towel from narrow edges. Cool cake completely.
    Unroll and spread with filling.
    Reroll and chill.
