Kidney Bean Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion
    2 small potatoes
    1 can kidney beans
    1 qt. canned tomatoes
    1/4 c. cooked rice
    1 Tbsp. butter
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Chop onion, dice potatoes and add kidney beans, tomatoes, cooked rice, butter, salt and pepper to suit your taste.
    Cook until potatoes are tender.
    Water may be added if required.
