Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

1 lb. sausage
12 oz. medium noodles
4 oz. can pimentos, chopped
1/2 lb. grated Velveeta cheese
1 to 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Preparation

Brown and crumble sausage. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Mix sausage, cheese and pimento, leaving enough cheese to sprinkle on top. Mix soup with 1/4 can water. Mix all well and add noodles. Top with cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
