Golden Cream Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 c. condensed broccoli, chicken or mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. salt to taste
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, cubed
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, salt and parsley flakes. Mix well. Cover and simmer 20 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Add milk to can of soup; blend well. Pour over vegetables; add cheese. Bring to boil until cheese melts. Serves 6 to 8.
