Pasta, Protein, Veggie Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. spaghetti (raw)
    1 Tbsp. low-fat margarine
    1 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    16 oz. bag frozen, mixed vegetables
    16 oz. turkey ham, chicken or imitation crab
    1 1/2 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti and steam the vegetables.
