Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 c. spaghetti sauce
4 slices Mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
Preparation

Combine ground beef, onion, salt and 1/4 teaspoon oregano. Shape into 4 patties, rising the edge 1/4 inch to form a center well.
In baking dish, arrange patties.
Heat 5 1/2 minutes; drain.
Fill center well with spaghetti sauce.
Sprinkle with oregano; heat 1 to 2 minutes.
Top with cheese.
Let stand, covered, 4 minutes before serving.
Yields 4 servings.
