Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    3 eggs
    1 c. chopped, cooked prunes
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 tsp. each: vanilla, soda, salt, nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Add Wesson oil, buttermilk and eggs.
    Mix well, then add prunes and nuts.
    Mix well.
    Pour in two 8-inch round pans or 1 long pan, 9 x 13-inches.
    Bake 30 to 40 minutes.
