Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, diced
    2 large onions, diced
    1 c. celery, diced
    3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    3 c. milk
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1 egg
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Bring potatoes, water, onions and celery to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low and cook 15 minutes. Add milk and cook on high to almost boil. Mix flour, egg, salt and pepper.
    Stir in flour mixture and add butter.
    Reduce to low heat and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
