Black Bean Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag black beans
    2 cans tomato, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    parsley flakes
    2 bay leaves
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    salt
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in enough water to cover with 2 tablespoons salt.
    Cook according to package directions or in pressure cooker (35 minutes).
    Combine rest of ingredients in pressure cooker and cook 7 minutes or cook on simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Remove bay leaves.
    Combine cooked beans and cooked vegetables and heat thoroughly.
    (Beans and vegetables may be cooked together in regular pot.)
