Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation

Beat oil, eggs and sugar well in large bowl.
Add dry ingredients, which have been sifted together.
Beat.
Add carrots, pineapple and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in round pans for 35 to 40 minutes.
Makes 3 layers.
