Beef And Gravy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 eye round roast
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton beef and mushroom soup
1 (6 oz.) can mushrooms, diced
1 Tbsp. Kitchen Bouquet
Preparation

Slice roast in at least 1/2-inch slices.
Place in crock-pot. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over meat.
Cook on high for 6 hours.
If gravy needs to be thicker, make mixture of cornstarch and water to thicken.
Roast can be cooked in oven at 350\u00b0 for 2 1/2 to 3 hours instead of crock-pot.
