Mock Boursin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. chopped dehydrated chives
    lemon pepper
Preparation
    Unwrap cream cheese and place in a glass mixing bowl. Microwave, uncovered, about 1 1/2 minutes on 50% power (Medium) or until softened but not melted.
    Blend in garlic, caraway seed, basil, dill and chives.
    Pat into a round cake, about 1 1/2-inches high.
    Roll generously on all sides in lemon pepper.
    Refrigerate. Best made a few days ahead so that flavors blend.
    Serve with assorted crackers.
