Bouquet Garni Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. white vinegar
    3 sprigs parsley
    2 sprigs thyme, 4 to 5 inches long
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Bring vinegar to a boil in small nonaluminum saucepan. Meanwhile, place herbs in a clean hot 16-ounce jar or bottle. Pour hot vinegar into jars.
    Cover and let stand for several days. Ready to be used.
    Store in cool place.
