Oven Scrambled Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

50 eggs
1 1/2 qt. hot milk
1 1/3 Tbsp. salt
1 stick butter
Preparation

Slightly beat eggs; add milk and salt.
Mix well.
Melt butter in large shallow cake pan.
Add eggs.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
Stir once after 20 minutes.
Serves about 20 people.
