Speedy Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. milk, scalded
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Then add scalded milk.
    Bake in a very hot 475\u00b0 oven for 5 minutes.
    Then bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until done.
