Sauce Gribiche(Tartar Sauce) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise, preferable is home made
    2 Tbsp. chopped sour gherkins or dill pickles
    2 Tbsp. chopped capers
    1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 Tbsp. snipped chives
    1 hard boiled egg, chopped
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients together and refrigerate. It is very good with cold leftover fish.
