Jack Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. cottage cheese (farmer style)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Use loaf pan.
    Slice Jack cheese and layer bottom of pan with 1/2 of Jack cheese.
    Add 1/2 of spinach to cheese, add cottage cheese then rest of spinach.
    Add remaining Jack cheese slices on top.
