Snow Peas With Sesame - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. snow pea pods (about 1 qt.)
1 carrot, cut into julienne strips
1/2 tsp. freshly grated orange rind
1 tsp. sesame oil
2 tsp. toasted sesame seed
Preparation

Place pea pods and carrot in a strainer.
Set the strainer in a sink.
Pour boiling water over vegetables for about 1 minute, then pat dry.
Place vegetables in a medium-size bowl and stir in orange rind, oil and seed.
Serve warm or at room temperature. Makes 4 servings.
